Five-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

UltraBuilt Play Systems, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the structural components of the playset manufactured by UltraBuilt Play Systems will be free from defects in craftsmanship and factory assembly for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase under normal residential use.

If UltraBuilt determines that a component manufactured by us is defective due to craftsmanship during the warranty period, UltraBuilt will, at its option, repair or replace the defective component. Replacement parts will be provided freight collect unless otherwise specified.

This warranty applies only to components manufactured by UltraBuilt Play Systems and does not cover the natural characteristics of wood, including but not limited to:

• Surface checking
• Minor splits or cracks
• Grain raising
• Weathering or color variation
• Normal shrinkage, swelling, or warping. These are normal properties of wood and are not considered defects in material or workmanship.

Accessory and Plastic Component Warranty

All accessories and plastic components (including slides, swings, and other non-wood components) are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship.

Installation and Service

This warranty covers replacement of defective components only.

The warranty does not include labor costs, removal of existing parts, installation of replacement parts, service calls, or any on-site repairs. Any service work required on site is the responsibility of the original purchaser.

Conditions and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Improper installation
• Installation on unlevel ground or inadequate soil bearing conditions
• Failure to properly anchor the structure
• Installation in standing water or saturated soil conditions
• Abuse, misuse, or neglect
• Lack of reasonable maintenance
• Vandalism
• Acts of nature including but not limited to windstorms, flooding, tornadoes, hurricanes, lightning, or other extreme weather events
• Unauthorized modifications or attachments not supplied or approved by UltraBuilt Play Systems

This product is designed for ground contact installation only and is not intended to be installed below ground level or in water-saturated areas.

Residential Use Limitation

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid only for residential, non-commercial use of the equipment.

Commercial, public, daycare, church, park, school, or rental property use is not covered under this warranty.

Liability Disclaimer

UltraBuilt Play Systems, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, installation, or use of our equipment.

UltraBuilt Play Systems makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in this document.

No employee, dealer, or representative is authorized to modify this warranty or assume additional liability on behalf of UltraBuilt Play Systems, Inc.

Safety and Maintenance

Adult supervision of children during play is strongly recommended.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recommends the use of impact-absorbing protective surfacing under and around all playground equipment instead of grass or bare soil.

To help protect and extend the life of the wood, a quality exterior water-repellent sealer or stain should be applied soon after installation and periodically thereafter as part of normal maintenance.

Product Specifications and Anchoring

UltraBuilt Play Systems reserves the right to make modifications or improvements to products without prior notice.

All product dimensions listed are approximate and do not include recommended play area clearances.

All playsets include ground anchoring stakes designed to stabilize the structure during normal use. These stakes must be installed as directed.

Ground stakes are not designed to prevent movement during extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, severe storms, strong winds or other forces beyond our control.
