At UltraBuilt Play Systems, we use MicroPro environmentally friendly weather resistant lumber for your piece of mind. MicroPro lumber comes with lifetime warranty offered by Koppers PC Inc. against termite damage and fungal decay. This lifetime warranty is not offered by UltraBuilt Play Systems, Inc but is a product of Koppers PC, Inc. The lumber used to create your playset is harvested and milled from U.S. forests that are managed in compliance with SFI standards to promote sustainable and responsible forest management here in America.
UltraBuilt Play Systems, Inc. warrants your playset to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of five years from the date of the original purchase. A one year warranty applies to all accessories and/or plastic components. UltraBuilt Play Systems, Inc. will replace or repair, at our option, any parts of the warranted item found by us to be defective in material or workmanship free of charge and returned to the customer, freight collect. Seasonal checks and surface cracks, not resulting in structural failure, are not considered defects in material and workmanship as they are a natural characteristic of all wood and are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not include the removal or installation of the replacement parts. Any service work that must be performed on site does not qualify under the warranty specifications and will be the original purchaser’s responsibility. UltraBuilt Play Systems, Inc. does not warranty any defects or damages that are a result of improper installation, unlevel or inadequate soil bearing, abuse negligence of purchaser, neglect, vandalism, acts of nature, or unauthorized alteration or attachments to equipment other than UltraBuilt Play Systems, Inc. equipment. This product is designed for ground contact only and is not to be installed with parts below ground or built in water saturated areas. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is limited to residential and non-commercial use of the equipment.
UltraBuilt Play Systems, Inc. assumes no responsibility for incidental and/or consequential damages, which may arise from the purchase or use of our equipment.
Please supervise your children’s play activity and maintain your play equipment periodically “The Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends impact absorbing coverings instead of lawns under all play sets.”
A water sealer should be applied on all wood soon after assembly and periodically there after.
UltraBuilt Play Systems, Inc. does not assume or authorize any person or representative to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products nor are we responsible for any changes made.
UltraBuilt Play Systems, Inc. makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, and makes no warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. No employee or representative is authorized to change the warranty in any way or grant any other warranty on behalf of UltraBuilt Play Systems, Inc.
UltraBuilt Play Systems, Inc. reserves the right to make modifications or changes to the product. All sizes listed are approximate and do not include play area.
All of our playsets come with ground stakes. These stakes are designed to help stabilize the units when swings are in motion and must be used. The stakes are not designed to counter the effects of hurricanes, tornadoes, strong winds, and other acts of nature, or any other outside forces beyond our control.
